NEW! Beginners Pilates Class – 6 week Course
Beginners classes are for those who are new to Pilates or who want a gentle class focusing on the basic principles, improving posture, flexibility and strength around the joints. You will improve your core strength and increase your flexibility.
Mats, head cushions and stretch bands etc, are all provided.
Please wear stretchy comfortable clothing, layers are good.
Class size is limited to 10 clients to ensure close supervision.
